Where Do Kids Fit In?
Every Sunday at Crossroads Church babies through sixth grade kids experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way.
What We Offer
Our children ministry areas are divided into ages and grades.
Each campus arranges grade levels per their needs.
Nursery
We’ve curated a safe and serene space for the most vulnerable members of our community. Our nursery is a great space for infants through age 2 ½ .
Preschool
Our preschool area is for ages 2 ½ through age 4-5.
Elementary
Our elementary area is grouped into grade areas K through 6th.
Nursing Mother’s Room
We offer a calm and relaxing nursing mother’s room for you and your nursing infant. Additionally in the room we offer the ability to stay connected with the service via live stream. Available for self service at any time during any service. Locations vary at each campus.
Special Events
Throughout the year, we host special events and activities just for kids! From Summer Tuesday Day Camps, Vacation Bible School, Kids Night Out and more there's always something fun happening for kids at Crossroads Church.
What To Expect
Kids attending CKC can expect a Large Group time with Worship, Offering Time, and a Message taught through drama skits, video or live teaching. Kids then will break into Small Group where they have opportunity to experience the message through crafts and activities. Snacks are also served during this time.
Check In & Check Out
While checking on Sunday your child will receive a name tag sticker with a matching parent code tag. Security codes on the name tags are assigned to your child for the day. Be sure to keep the parent tag to ensure safety at pick up. Please be prepared to show identification if you lose your parent tag. In the event that a parent is needed during service your child’s code will be displayed on the screens.
Safety
We take lots of steps before kids arrive to keep them safe. You will see trained Security located at the entrances and exits of CKC. CKC doors remain locked during the services. Every volunteer is screened with background checks and trained to keep your child safe.
Curriculum
Every kid is made uniquely by God, and wired to learn differently in every phase . We explore, imagine, create, reflect and connect while using our Grow curriculum. Biblically Grounded curriculum where every lesson is rooted in Scripture, helping kids understand not just the "what" but the "why" of their faith.
What To Wear
Play clothes are always welcome! CKC is a fun, energy filled environment. Your kids will be playing, singing, and dancing as they learn about Jesus in small groups and large groups.
